沙棘中3种重金属检测及其健康风险初步评价

摘要 目的测定沙棘中4种重金属元素含量,并对其健康风险进行初步评价。方法采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定Cu、Pb、Cd 3种重金属元素的含量。结果沙棘果实中Cu、Pb、Cd的含量分别为0.01~0.03、0.423~0.547、0.003~0.004 mg/kg,Cu、Pb、Cd每日摄入量占每日容许摄入量(ADI)的比例分别为0.005×10-3~0.01×10-3%、0.030%~0.038%、0.75×10-4%~0.1×10-3%,对人体的健康风险影响不大。结论从健康风险指数来看,沙棘果实中3种重金属对人体健康不存在风险。 [ Objective]To determine the content of heavy metals in Seabuckthorn Hippophae, carry out the preliminary assessment on its health risk. [ Methods] The contents of Cu, Pb and Cd were determined by microwave digestion-inductance coupling plasma emission spectrometry. [ Results] The content of Cu, Pb and Cd in Seabuckthorn Hippophae fruit was 0. 01-0.03 mg/kg, 0. 423-0. 547 mg/kg,0. 003-0. 004 mg/kg, respectively. The ratio of daily intake-to-acceptable daily intake ( ADI ) of Cu, Pb and Cd was 0. 005 × 10^-3 % - 0.01 × 10^-3 %, 0. 030% - 0. 038% ,0.75 × 10^ -4 % - 0. 1 × 10^-3 %, respectively, which had less risk on human health. [ Conclusion ] From the health risk index, Cu, Pb and Cd in Seabuckthorn Hippophae fruit have no risk on human health.
