Investigation on disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens in Minhang District of Shanghai in 2012

目的了解上海市闵行区托幼机构消毒质量,为托幼机构传染病的预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法采用随机现场调查和采样检测方法,对2012年上海市闵行区托幼机构消毒质量暨菌落总数和金黄色葡萄球菌指标进行监测,并与2008—2009年的监测结果进行比较。结果 2012年上海市闵行区托幼机构消毒质量总体合格率为94.7%,与2008—2009年的总体合格率基本持平,差异无统计学意义。其中,2012年托幼机构玩具、毛巾、饮具、工作人员手消毒质量合格率依次为100.0%、100.0%、96.7%和88.3%,与2008—2009年上述样本的合格率(即100.0%、100.0%、96.8%和90.0%)相比,也基本持平,差异无统计学意义。上述样本不合格指标均为菌落总数。结论近年来,上海市闵行区托幼机构消毒质量整体状况较好,但工作人员手和饮具表面等消毒质量不容忽视。

[ Objective ] To investigate the disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens in Minhang District of Shanghai, pro-vide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in nurseries and kindergartens. [ Methods ] Random field survey and sampling examination method were applied to conduct the monitoring of disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergar-tens in Minhang District of Shanghai, which included the total bacteria and Staphylococcus aureus, and the data were compared with the monitoring resuhs of the period 2008-2009. [ Results] The total eligible rate of disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens in Minhang District of Shanghai in 2012 was 94.7% , which was basically equal to that of the period 2008-2009, and the difference was not statistically significant. The eligible rate of disinfection quality in toys, towel, drinking utensils and hands of staff was re-spectively 100.0% , 100.0% , 96.7% and 88.3% , which were basically similar to those of the period 2008-2009 （ 100. 0%, 100.0% , 96.8% and 90.0% ） , and the there was no statistically significant difference. The unqualified index of these samples was total bacteria. [ Conclusion] The disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens in Minhang District of Shanghai is good in recent years, hut the disinfection quality in hands of staff and surfaces of drinking utensils could not be ignored.
