小乳腺癌的超声诊断进展

Progress on ultrasonic diagnosis of minor breast cancer

乳腺癌是女性常见恶性肿瘤之一,早期准确诊断具有重要的临床意义。随着现代影像技术的发展,超声检查已成为乳腺肿瘤诊断的主要方法之一。其检测乳腺肿瘤的方法主要有二维超声、多普勒超声、超声弹性成像、三维超声、超声光散射成像、超声造影和介入超声。特别是超声造影能帮助显示肿瘤内微小低速血流,提高超声对肿瘤血管显示的准确性。小乳腺癌病灶的早期诊断对手术方式的选择及愈后有着重要的临床意义。

The breast cancer is one of common malignant tumors in women, and the early and exact diagnosis has important clinical significance. With the development of modern imaging technology, the ultrasonic examination has become one of the main diagnosis methods of breast tumor. The ultrasonic examination mainly includes two-dimensional ultrasound, Doppler ultrasound, ultrasound e- lasticity imaging, three-dimensional ultrasound, diffuse optical imaging （ DOI } with ultrasound localization （ UL）, contrast-en- hanced ultrasound and interventional ultrasound. Especially, the contrast-enhanced ultrasound is helpful to show the minor and low blood flow, so as to raise the accuracy rate of blood vessel imaging of tumor. The early diagnosis of minor breast cancer has impor-tant clinical significance on the choice of operation pattern and prognosis of tumor.
