天津市某4家三级医院医疗机构设备管理与维修人员现状调查

Investigation on current situation of equipment management and repair workers in four third-grade hospitals and medical institutions in Tianjin

目的了解天津市三级医院医疗机构设备管理与维修人员服务队伍现状,分析存在的问题,并提出合理化建议。方法对该市4家三级医院从事医疗设备管理与维修人员年龄、职称和所学专业等方面进行一般描述统计分析。结果目前从事医疗设备管理与维修人员存在人员队伍专业种类较复杂(有生物工程、临床结果等7个专业及其他)、人员年龄偏大[平均(44.62±10.89)岁]、学历偏低(大本及以上占37.7%)、职称偏低(中级及以下占94.3%)等问题。结论医疗设备管理与维修人员应从调整人员结构、强化服务队伍建设、提高综合能力水平、吸引专业人才等方面进行努力和提高。

[ Objective] To understand the current situation of equipment management and repair workers in third-grade hospitals and medical institutions in Tianjin, analyze the problems, and put forward the reasonable suggestions. [ Methods ] The descriptive statis-tical method was conducted to analyze the age, professional title and majors in school of workers engaged in equipment management and repair in four third-grade hospitals in Tianjin. [ Results] At present, the workers engaged in equipment management and repair had the problems of complicated majors （ including 7 majors, such as bioengineering, clinical medicine ） , older age （ average age was 44.62 ± 10.89 years old）, lower educational level （ bachelor or above accounted for 37.7% ） and lower professional title （ me-dium grade professional title and the following accounted for 94.3 % ）. [ Conclusion ] In order to improve the level of equipment management and repair workers in hospital, it is urgent to adjust the personnel structure, strengthen the construction of service team, enhance the comprehensive ability and attract talents.
