饮用水处理中剑水蚤携带细菌的研究 被引量:7

Bacteria associated with cyclops in drinking water treatment process

摘要 针对在我国饮用水系统中出现的剑水蚤类浮游动物,研究了其体表和体内携带微生物的行为及其变化规律.研究结果表明:浮游动物体表携带细菌的数量受环境细菌影响较大,随着环境细菌含量的变化,其波动明显,而体内细菌数量则相对稳定.体表细菌的数量还与水蚤个体有关,雌性水蚤体表细菌明显多于雄性水蚤体表细菌.由DGGE检测结果可见:体表细菌均来自于原水,而体内细菌则有可能有来自遗传的细菌,体内细菌的种类比体表细菌的多. The bacteria associated with cyclops was cultivated by nutrient agar medium. The number of external bacteria could be associateed with the number of her free water and the cyclops' gender. The male cyclops have the more external bacteria. To test whether different styles of bacteria (bacte- ria in raw water (free bacteria), external bacteriainternal bacteria) have the same bacterial community composition (BCC), polymerase chain reaction denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE) was done. The results show that external bacterial abundance are less than internal bacterial abun- dance, and their species depends on the free bacterial species. But some internal bacteria may be from their ancestor.
