冠心病125例C反应蛋白血清胆红素检测及与不稳定性心绞痛的关系分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨C反应蛋白、血清胆红素与不稳定性心绞痛的关系。方法:将125例冠心病患者分为稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组(62例)和不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)组(63例),研究C反应蛋白、血清胆红素与病情程度的相关性,进行为期3个月的随访,观察心血管不良事件的发生率。结果:UAP组CRP较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),总胆红素和间接胆红素与对照组相比则明显下降(P<0.01)。CRP升高组随访期间心血管不良事件发生率高(P<0.01)。结论:C反应蛋白和血清胆红素可以作为预测疾病进展和预后的有效指标,C反应蛋白越高,胆红素水平越低,则病情越重,心血管不良事件发生率也越高。
