摘要 GJ5×2大型双槽高强度搅拌磨机采用双叶轮搅拌器、方断面双槽槽体和带负荷起动方法等创新技术,已经在国内多个领域得到应用。在此基础上,又开发了新型单槽高强度搅拌磨机,该设备生产能力大、超细磨效率高、产品粒度细、可连续生产,已成功应用于石墨行业的细磨作业中,可生产纯度95%~97%的优质石墨。 G J5 × 2 larger scale and higher intensity double cells stirring mill are equipped with innovative technologies such ~s the stirrer with double impellers, the bin with double cells in square section and the method of loaded starting by high-pressure air, which had been used in many fields. Based on this equipment, larger scale and higher intensity single cells stirring mill had been developed. This stirring mill is characterized with larger throughput, higher efficiency in super fine grinding, finer product size and continuate production. The stirring mill had been used successfully to produce grophite with purity 95%-97%.
