摘要
以多体系统动力学理论为基础,应用ADAMS软件,分别建立前悬架、后悬架、动力总成、车架、驾驶室、轮胎等子系统及整车虚拟样机模型。在已编制的B级随机路面实现平顺性仿真分析,通过DOE方法匹配前后悬架刚度值,并根据悬架最佳阻尼比匹配出最佳减振器阻尼值,重新带入原模型仿真,结果显示改善了重型牵引车行驶平顺性。
Based on multi-body system dynamic theory,using ADAMS software,respectively set up front suspension,rear suspension,dynamic assemble,body frame,drive compartment,tyre and sub-system and vehicle virtual prototype model,realize comfort simulation analysis in designed B grade random surface,match stiffness value of front and rear suspension by DOE method,and match optimal damping value of shock absorber according to optimal damping value of suspension.Bring in original model simulation,simulation result shows improvement of driving comfort of heavy duty tractor.
