基于CAE技术的客车车身骨架结构分析及改进

Analysis and improvement of bus body frame structure based on CAE

为了检验某款全承载式大客车车身骨架结构设计方案的可行性，运用Hyperworks软件对其进行了静态仿真分析。并从结构的强度和刚度两方面讨论了其设计的合理性；分析结果显示存在局部应力过大的区域，刚度方面都能满足设计要求。最后从分析结果出发对该车身结构提出改进意见。

In order to inspect the feasibility of the structure design scheme of monocoque large sized bus body frame,using Hyperworks software to do static simulation analysis,and discuss its reasonability from structure strength and stiffness,the analysis consequence shows there is too much stress area,the stiffness can meet the requirement of design.Put forward improvement opinion for this body structure from analysis result.
