摘要
结合武钢三冷轧热镀锌机组的托辊站,对托辊装置驱动液压马达按照单辊驱动和双辊驱动两种大的工况进行详细的设计计算,其中单辊传动又按照顺时针转动和逆时针转动分别分析。然后结合计算的结果进一步分析了这两种设计结构的优缺点以及在实际工程中的选型和应用。
Based on the cradle roll station in continuous hot - galvanizing processing line of the WISCO- NO. 3 cold rolling, the design calculation of hydraulic motor in the cradle roll are described in detail. The design cal- culation include two big parts: single-roll driving and twin-roll driving, but also clockwise rotation and counter clockwise rotation of the hydraulic motor in single-roll driving are respective introduced. Then the election and application including merits and faults in project are introduced.
