摘要
针对视频拼接系统中DDR2电路设计的信号完整性问题,使用Allegro SPB的SigXplorer工具对DDR2电路进行仿真。本文通过对DDR2信号线反射和串扰的仿真,获取PCB布线约束规则,并完成PCB设计。
The SigXplorer of Allegro SPB was used in the simu latirlg for the problem of signal integrity in DDR2 circuit designing of video splicing system. In this psper, the PCB layout constraint rules was obtained by the reflection and crosstalk simulation of DDR2 signal lines and the PCB desigmng was completed.
