圣犹达起搏器心室阈值自动管理功能测定阈值的临床观察

Clinical observation on St Jude Medical pacemaker′s automatic ventricular threshold management function

目的总结圣犹达起搏器心室阈值自动管理功能测定的阈值变化特点。方法植入圣犹达起搏器患者73例,分别于术后24 h、术后6～7 d应用心室阈值自动管理方法测定心室起搏阈值,比较阈值的变化。结果同一患者术后6～7 d时自动测定的心室起搏阈值(电压)和术后24 h相同者有61例,降低0.25 V者有11例,降低0.125 V者有1例,升高0.25 V者有1例,差异无显著性(0.008±0.005 V,P>0.05)。结论利用圣犹达起搏器心室阈值自动管理功能所测的心室起搏阈值稳定、可靠。

Objective To summarize threshold characteristics of St Jude Medical pacemaker＇s automatic ventricular threshold management function. Methods A total of 73 cases of patients were implanted with St Jude Medical pacemak- er, to determine ventricular pacing thresholds using automatic ventricular threshold management method, and to compare the changement respectively after 24 h and after 6-7 d of implantation. Results Compared with the threshold after 24 h of implantation, after 6-7 d＇s implantation, 61 cases with the threshold not changed, 11 cases with threshold declination of 0.25 V, 1 cases with threshold declination of 0. 125 V, 1 eases with threshold increasement of 0.25 V, but with no signifi- cant difference with them（0. 008 ±0. 005 V, P〉0.05 ）. Conclusions The automatic ventricular threshold management function of St Jude Medical pacemaker have beat-by-beat function which is safe and reliable, and it can be opened immedi- ately after operation.
