心室颤动的消融现状:探索与挑战

摘要 心室颤动(简称室颤)是心源性猝死的重要原因,是快速心律失常治疗领域的重大难题。已有报道应用消融的方法治疗室颤,以消除室颤发生的关键环节作为目标,治疗的结果较为乐观。目前室颤的消融靶点主要是针对触发室颤的室性早搏,而不同的个体室性早搏的来源又是不同的,个别原因的室颤还有其他方面的消融靶点,另外辅助装置的应用可以增加一些高危患者在消融治疗过程中的安全性。
