摘要
目的:总结高危新生儿的早期干预方法。方法:将2005年1月至2008年2月本院出生的100例高危新生儿随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组为没有接受早期干预治疗的新生儿。治疗组从3个月开始进行干预治疗。结果:60个月后,早期干预组平均智商124分,对照组94分,相差30分之多,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:早期干预治疗对高危新生儿后天智力发展起到很重要的作用。
Objective:Of the newborn at early intervention methods. Methods:Will be in January 2005 to February 2008 we were born 100 cases with high risk newborn random divided into control group and treatment group, each group of the 50 cases. Control group did not accept for early intervention treatment of neonatal. The treatment group from 3 months to intervention therapy. Results:60 months later, early intervention group average IQ 124 points, the comparison group 94 points, a difference of more than 30 points, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion:Early intervention treatment for high-risk neonatal acquired intellectual development play a very important role.
