腹腔镜内窥镜治疗胆总管结石两种术式的临床分析

Laparoscopic Endoscopic Treatment for Choledocholithiasis Clinical Analysis of Two Operative Methods

目的:分析腹腔镜手术和内窥镜手术治疗胆总管结石的两种术式的临床应用效果。方法:将我院2009年1月到2011年1月之间收录的124例胆总管结石的患者随机分为两组,A组62例患者采取腹腔镜手术进行治疗,而B组62例患者采取内窥镜手术治疗,然后两组的患者的手术时间、手术出血量、术后疼痛时间和并发症情况以及住院的时间等情况。结果:通过两组的对比分析,其中A组的患者治疗过程中手术时间、手术出血量、术后疼痛时间和并发症情况以及住院的时间均明显的低于B组的手术时间、手术出血量、术后疼痛时间和并发症情况以及住院的时间等情况,并且两组的数据比较具有显著性的差异(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论:在胆总管结石的治疗中,采取腹腔镜技术治疗比内镜技术治疗更加安全和可靠,还大大地降低术后并发症的情况发生,从而提高了患者的生活质量,值得临床中应用推广。

Objective：To analyse the laparoscopic surgery and endoscopic surgery for bravery manager of the clinical application of two kinds of operation effect. Methods：From January 2009 to January 2011 collected between 124 patients with common bile duct calculous patients were randomly divided into two groups, A group of 62 patients take laparoscopic surgery treatment, and group B 62 patients take endoscopic surgery treatment, and then two groups of patients, the operation time, operation amount of bleeding, the duration of postoperative pain and complications and hospitalization time, etc. Results：Through the comparative analysis of the two groups, including A group of patients in the process of operation time, operation amount of bleeding, the duration of postoperative pain and complications and hospitalization time were significantly lower than group B of the operation time, operation amount of bleeding, the duration of postoperative pain and complications and hospitalization time, etc, and two groups of data comparison with significant difference （P〈0.05）, statistics have meaning. Conclusion：In the treatment of common bile duct calculi, adopt laparoscopic techniques for the treatment of more than endoscopic techniques for the treatment of safety and reliable, but also greatly reduce the postoperative complications of the case, so as to improve the patient＇s quality of life, it is worth clinical application promotion.
