腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆囊残留病变的诊治分析

目的:收集2005年以来我院收治的腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胆囊残留病变患者资料,对腹腔镜术后残留胆囊病变进行诊治分析。方法:对我院收治的20例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术后发生胆囊残留病变的患者进行二次手术治疗,通过手术发现进行具体病变确诊以及治疗效果分析。结果:术后患者的胆囊残留病变均得到判断与证实,切除残留病灶成功。手术前的症状得到控制甚至消失,手术前后对比具有统计学意义。住院所用时间平均为(8.1±1.0)d。结论:按照科学精准的胆囊切除手术步骤进行手术操作,是防止术后胆囊发生残留病变的重要手段。对有明确症状的残留胆囊病变及早诊疗,并进行相应的二次手术治疗,可以改善患者生活质量,治愈疾病。产生的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Preoperative symptoms under control or even disappear before and after the procedure, contrast with statistical significance. Used in hospital time average was （8.1±1.0）d. Conclusion：According to the scientific accurate cystic resection operation steps, is to prevent postoperative residual gallbladder disease happened the important means. To have a clear residual gallbladder disease symptoms of early diagnosis and treatment, and the corresponding secondary surgery, and could improve patients’ quality of life, heal the sick. The clinical effect of produced significantly, it is worth clinical application.
