丁苯酞氯化钠注射液对脑梗死疗效及对内皮功能影响

Butylphthalide Sodium Chloride Injection on Cerebral Infarction and Endothelial Function

目的:丁苯酞氯化钠注射液对脑梗死疗效及对内皮功能影响。方法:将急性脑梗死患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,两组患者均给予常规治疗,在此基础上治疗组给予丁苯钛氯化钠注射液100毫升,日一次静点,对照组用0.9%盐水+胞二磷胆碱1.0,日一次静点,治疗14天,两组常规抑制血小板、降颅压、控制血糖及调脂治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后14天的EF-Ⅰ,NO,TXA2,VEGF和CRP水平较入院次日明显得到改善,且治疗组患者治疗后14d的NO和EF-Ⅰ水平明显较对照组的高,而TXA2、VEGF和CRP的水平则明显低于对照组,两者比较差异均具有显著性(P均<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗脑梗死临床疗效显著,对内皮功能影响较小,值得借鉴。

Objective：To explore the combined with Austria grips Gray sodium in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods：120 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group of 60 cases, 60 cases of the control group. Two groups were given conventional treatment, on the basis of the observation group received Shuxuening Injection 20ml, adding 250ml saline infusion, 1 times/d. While giving the Austria grips Gray sodium 80mg in 100ml saline infusion, 2/D, 14d total of application. The control group on the basis of routine treatment given to Austria grips Gray sodium 80mg in 250ml saline infusion, 2/D, 14d total of application. Results：In the study group, the total efficiency of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〉0.05）. After 14 days of the treatment,these two groups’ patients’ EF-Ⅰ, NO, TXA2, VEGF and CRP level have improved significantly, what’s more, treatment group’s patients’ NO and EF-Ⅰlevel are obviously higher than control group’s,while TXA2、VEGF and CRP level are obviously lower than control group＇s after 14 days of the treatment,both comparative differences are significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Combined with Austria grips Gray sodium in the treatment of cerebral infarction clinical curative effect, is worth to draw lessons from.
