降钙素原对儿童中枢神经系统感染的诊断价值 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨降钙素原在儿童中枢神经系统感染诊断中的应用价值。方法:应用免疫检测法对本院收治的72例儿童中枢神经系统感染患者和70例非感染性疾病患儿进行降钙素原检测,对比患者组与对照组、患者组中细菌性脑膜炎组与病毒性脑膜炎组的降钙素原检测数据。结果:细菌性脑膜炎组中降钙素原阳性率为100.00%,病毒性脑膜炎组为8.57%,患者组总阳性率为55.56%,对照组降钙素原均为阴性。患者组与对照组、细菌性脑膜炎组与病毒性脑膜炎组比较差异均有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论:降钙素原对儿童中枢神经系统感染的诊断有重要价值,可作为区别细菌性脑膜炎与病毒性脑膜炎的指标。 Objective:To explore the application value of the diagnosis of procalcitonin for central nervous system infections in children. Methods:72 cases of children with central nervous system infection and 70 children with non-infectious diseases in children of our hospital were detected procalcitonin with immunohistochemical detection method, procalcitonin testing data of the patient group and the control group、the bacterial meningitis group and the viral meningitis group in the patient group. Results:The positive rate of procalcitonin of the bacterial meningitis group was100.00%, the viral meningitis group was 8.57%, the total positive rate of the patient group was 55.56%, procalcitonin of the control group was negative. The differences of the patient group and the control group, the bacterial meningitis group and the viral meningitis group were statistically significant, P〈0.01. Conclusion:The diagnosis of procalcitonin for central nervous system infections in children is with important value, can be used as indicators to distinguish between bacterial meningitis and viral meningitis.
