黄芪纤维型全营养配方膳对高血糖危重患者的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究黄芪纤维型全营养配方膳对高血糖危重患者的影响。方法:将58例高血糖危重病人随机分为研究组和对照组,每组29例。研究组为黄芪水煮液加纤维型匀浆膳,对照组为普通匀浆膳,两组给予105KJ/(kg.d)的营养支持,等氮、等热量供给,共22d。两组肠内营养支持前后分别检测空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖、血脂、清蛋白、血红蛋白等营养代谢指标。结果:研究组肠内营养支持后空腹及餐后血糖降低,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。研究组给予黄芪纤维型全营养配方膳,低蛋白血症缓解血红蛋白增高,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪纤维型全营养配方膳可明显改善高血糖危重患者的空腹血糖和餐后血糖,同时改善患者的营养状况。 Objective: To study the Effect of Astragalus fiber type full nutrition formula dietary on Critically Ill Patients with Hyperglycemia. Methods: 58 cases of high blood glucose critically ill patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, Each group of 29 cases. The study group was given radix Astragalis boiled liquid and fiber type homogenize diet,the control group was given Common homogenize diet,.two groups were treated with nutrition support 105kJ/(kg·d)for 22 days.The levels of fasting and postprandial blood glucose、blood lipids、serum proteins and hemoglobin were measured during enteral nutrition support. Results:Compare with the control group,fasting and postprandial blood glucose were decreased(P〈0.01, P〈0.05)in the study group;Compare with control group,the levels of serum albumin and nitrogen balance increased in the study group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Astragalus fiber type full nutrition formula diet has better glycemic control and improve nutritional status in critically ill patients with hyperglycemia.
