替吉奥联合奈达铂治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation of S-1 Combined with Nedaplatin in Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的：观察替吉奥联合奈达铂治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法：用该方案治疗36例晚期胃癌患者：替吉奥80mg/（m2.d）,分2次口服,d1~d14,静脉滴注奈达迫80mg/m22小时,d1。每21天为1个周期,每两个周期评价疗效和毒副反应。结果：36例患者中完全缓解（CR）2例,占5.6%,部分缓解（PR）17例,占47.2%,稳定（SD）14例,占38.9%,进展（PD）3例,占8.3%,总有效率52.8%,肿瘤控制率91.7%。骨髓抑制Ⅲ度以上12例,占33.3%,恶心呕吐9例,占25%,腹痛腹泻8例,占22.2%,口腔炎6例,占16.7%,手足综合征4例,占11.1%,肝功能5例,占13.9%,周围神经炎3例,占8.93%。结论：替吉奥联合奈达铂治疗晚期胃癌疗效肯定,毒副反应较轻,患者均可耐受,改善了患者生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective：Clinical observation for S-1 combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced gastric cancer,Methods：Application in the treatment of 36 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients cover for S-1 80mg/（m2·d）,and 2 oral dose,D1~D14,nedaplatin forced intravenous infusion 80mg/square meters for 2 hours,D1. Every 21 days for 1 cycle,each cycle assessment of efficacy and adverse reactions.Results：In 36 patients in complete remission （CR） 2 5.6%,section ease （PR） 17 47.2%,stable （SD） of 14 cases of 38.9%progress （PD） 3 8.3%,total effective rate 52.8%,91.7%tumor control rates.Bone marrow suppression 33.3%ofⅢdegree more than 12 cases,25%9 cases of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain and diarrhea 22.2%of 8 cases,6 cases of oral 16.7%,hand-foot syndrome 11.1%4 cases,5 cases of 13.9%of liver function,3 cases of peripheral neuritis 8.93%.Conclusion：For the GIO combined with cisplatin in treatment of advanced gastric cancer,and less adverse reaction most of tolerance,improve the quality of life,and worthy of replication.
