加拿大教师责任结构体系与管理制度分析——以安大略省为例 被引量:5

摘要 依据责任约束主体的不同,加拿大安大略省的教师责任结构体系涵括法律框架、专业组织和学区视域三个基本层次,并通过严肃的资格认证制度、严格的合同约束制度和严明的教育问责制度,从入职审查、聘用监管和后续考核三阶段对教师责任作出规约,从而构成一个体系完整的教师责任履行机制。受其启发,我们亦可从责任体系建设、管理制度革新及践行机制构建等方面着手,寻求一条符合中国国情的教师责任管理路径。
