乳腺导管周围间质肉瘤1例并文献复习 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨乳腺导管周围间质肉瘤的临床病理特征、诊断及鉴别诊断要点。方法对1例乳腺导管周围间质肉瘤的临床表现、组织形态及免疫表型进行分析,并复习相关文献。结果临床表现为乳房不规则肿物,组织学上肿瘤病变呈结节状,以开放的乳腺导管为中心,周围是具有轻度异型性的梭形细胞形成的宽带,呈套袖样围绕导管。免疫表型:瘤细胞vimentin弥漫强阳性,S-100蛋白、EMA、NSE均阴性,导管上皮ER、PR均阳性,肌上皮细胞MSA阳性。结论乳腺导管周围间质肉瘤是一种罕见肿瘤,好发于绝经期前后的妇女,不同于叶状肿瘤。
