莱钢50t电炉炉壁集束氧枪应用实践及工艺优化

摘要 莱钢与北京科技大学合作对50t电炉供氧技术进行了系统研究和改进,先后采用了炉门水冷碳氧枪、电炉炉壁集束氧枪、二次燃烧、电炉用氧模块化控制等技术,用氧技术的进步,支撑了50t电炉高比例热装铁水冶炼工艺,提高了电炉生产效率和氧气利用率,使冶炼电耗、电极消耗等消耗指标大幅降低,取得了良好的冶金效果和经济效益。 Under the cooperation of Laigang and University of Science and Technology Beijing, the oxygen supply technology of 50t electric furnace is systematically studied and improved. Many technologies, such as the water-cooling carbon oxygen lance at furnace door, the coherent oxygen lance at furnace wall, secondary combustion and the modular control of oxygen for electric furnace, are taken successively, thus, the advance of oxygen utilization technique supports the hot metal smelting process with high-proportion hot charging, increases the production efficiency and the utilization rate of oxygen, then the consumption indexes of melting electric consumption and electrode consumption are reduced greatly, obtaining good metallurgical effect and economic benefit.
