摘要 利用三维热力耦合弹塑性有限元方法,通过模拟仿真考察了H型钢开坯轧机立辊压下量对R角半径变化的影响规律,并从轧辊R角和轧件R角匹配的角度阐述了腹板折叠的产生机理。结果表明:随着立辊压下量的增加,R角半径减小,且基本呈线性关系,R角形状波动也随立辊压下量增加而增大,提出了出现腹板折叠现象的临界条件,对于UC305mm×305mm规格近终形连铸异型坯,当压下量大于38mm或小于44mm时出现腹板折叠。 By using three-dimensional thermo-mechanical coupled elastoplastic finite element method and through analogue simulation, the influence rule of vertical reduction at H-beam primary mill on change of R angle radius is analyzed, and the generation mechanism of web folding is expounded from the view of matching between R angle of roll and R angle of rolled piece. The results show that, with the in- crease of vertical reduction, R angle radius decreases, basically keeping a linear relationship, and the shape fluctuation of R angle is advanced with the increase of vertical reduction, furthermore, for UC305mm × 305mm near-net-shape continuous casting beam blanks, when the reduction is more than 38ram or less than 44ram, the web folding phenomenon shall emerge.
