MedliteC6激光治疗幼儿面部咖啡斑146例分析

To investigate the efficacy of Medlite C6 laser in treatment of cafe-au-lait spots on young childrenfaces.

目的探讨MedliteC6激光治疗幼儿面部咖啡斑的疗效。方法我们采用MedliteC6激光治疗仪的532nm波长激光对病变部位进行治疗，每次治疗间隔1。3个月，共治疗2～6次。结果2011年1月至10月共收治咖啡斑患儿146例，痊愈率31.5l％，有效率73．97％，3次以上治疗组的有效率和痊愈率显著高于3次以下治疗组。结论MedliteC6激光治疗幼儿面部咖啡斑安全有效，疗效与治疗次数密切相关。

Objetive to investigate the efficacy of Medlite C6 laser in treatment of cafe-au-lait spots on young children ＂ faces. Methods Medlite C6 laser in 532 nm wavelength were used to treat diseased region. The treatment interval was 1 to 3 months, and there were 1 to 6 times in all. Results The cure rate and effec- tive rate were 31.51% and 73, 97% respectively in children, and cure rate and effective rate of group accepted more than 3 times treatment significantly higher than those of group accepted less than 3 times. Conclusions Medlite C6 laser is effecive and safe in treatment of cafe-au-lait spots on young children ~ faces, and efficacy is closely related to times of treatment.
