随着世界经济进入服务经济时代,CS经营战略已日益成为各国企业占领市场、获取竞争优势的一种十分重要的竞争武器。它依据顾客对其是否满意而作为评价的标准,不仅涵盖了商品的品质和价格,还包括了企业的服务过程等各个方面,是企业经营理念及其综合实力的完整体现。因此,如何理解和实施CS经营战略,对我国学术界和企业界有着不可言喻的重要意义。
The world economics is becoming the service economics. So CS strategy has already been a very important competing weapon which corporations in the world use to acquire market shares and competing advantages. Its basicprinciple is the customers' feels of satisfaction. It includes not only the quality and price of goods, but also all the other aspects of the firm such as the course of service, etc. It reflects the corporation's operate philosophy and completeness. Hence, how to understand and execute CS strategy has very important significance to both economist and entrepreneur of China.
