摘要
中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司因产销不平衡,导致一部分石脑油被迫用作汽油调合组分,而石脑油辛烷值低,影响了经济效益。分析石脑油产品主要来源重整拔头油、加氢石脑油、芳烃抽余油等组成,提出分离出石脑油中的异戊烷组分,用于调合汽油的方案。借助于流程模拟软件Petro-SIM,对分离石脑油中的异戊烷组分进行模拟,对比了新建装置和利用闲置的C4/C5分离塔(C202)两种方案下对汽油调合生产以及石脑油产量的影响,最后选定利用C202分离异戊烷组分的方案,这一方案仅需简单改造,投资8×104RMB$,每月效益将可以达到312×104 RMB$。
Due to the unbalance between sales and production of SINOPEC Luoyang Company, part of naphtha has to be used as the blending component of gasoline. As the naphtha is low in octane number, the economic benefit of the operation is affected. Since the naphtha mainly comes from topped CCR naphtha, hy- drotreated naphtha, raffinate oil of aromatic extraction, etc, the separation of iso-pentane from naphtha is rec- ommended for gasoline blending. With the aid of simulation software Petro-SIM, the separation of iso-pentane component from naphtha is simulated, and the impacts of building the new unit and utilizing the existing C4/ C5 separator (C202) on gasoline blending and production of naphtha are compared. The utilization of the ex- isting C202 tower to separate iso-pentane is finally selected, which can offer additional benefit of 3.12 million Yuan (RMB) a month with a little revamping and an investment of 80,000 Yuan (RMB).
