介绍了液力偶合器的工作原理、基本特性、主要特点和调节特性曲线。提出了在工程设计中采用液力偶合器应特别注意的问题,如离心压缩机配置型式的选择,变频调速与液力偶合器调速方案的比较,液力偶合器转差率的影响,调速型液力偶合器的最大功率损失点,以及液力偶合器功率与转速的关系等。并介绍了液力偶合器的一些工程应用。
The working mechanisms, basic features, main characteristics and control curves of hydraulic couplers are described. Special cautions in the selection of hydraulic coupler in project engineering design are discussed, such as selection of right configuration of centrifugal compressors, design and comparison of rota- tion speed control by variable frequency and rotation speed control by hydraulic coupler, impact of rotation difference rate of hydraulic coupler the maximum power loss point of hydraulic coupler as well as the relation between the power and rotation speed of hydraulic coupler, etc. The application of hydraulic couplers in com- mercial projects is introduced.
