The Global Financial Services Trade Agreement is the result of financial globalization, and will exert a strong influence on world economy and Chinese economy. To fulfill the promises and obligations of the Chinese government to open to the outside world, and push forward the opening of the Chinese financial market actively and steadily, careful studies of the Agreement must be stressed, reforms in the Chinese financial legal system furthered, the Chinese financial legal system perfected, and the response mechanism geared to financial globalization and liberalization established.
