益气补肾固精活血方治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Yiqibushengujinghuoxue Recipe on the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察益气补肾固精活血方治疗2型糖尿病早期肾病的临床疗效。方法将100例早期糖尿病。肾病患者随机分为对照组48例、治疗组52例，对照组给予控制饮食、降糖等常规西医治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服益气补肾固精活血方治疗。结果治疗组总有效率90．38％，对照组总有效率68．75％，两组总有效率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组；两组治疗后临床症状积分均较本组治疗前降低（P〈0．05），且治疗组治疗后临床症状积分低于对照组（P〈0．01）；两组治疗后尿白蛋白排泄率均较本组治疗前降低（P〈0．01），且治疗组治疗后尿蛋白排泄率低于对照组伊〈0．01）。结论益气补肾固精活血方治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效确切。

Objective To observe the effect of Yiqibushengujinghuoxue recipe on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods The 100 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group（48 cases） and the treated group（52 cases）. The two groups were treated with basic treatment including diet controlling and hypoglycemic therapy. The treated group used Yiqibushengujinghuoxue recipe. Results The total effectiveness of the treated group（90.38%） was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The symptoms score were all decreased after treatment in the two groups（P〈 0.05）. The symptoms score after treatment of the treated group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. The urinary albumin excretion rates were all decreased after treatment in the two groups（P 〈0.01）. The urinary albumin excretion rates after treatment of the treated group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Yiqibushengujinghuoxue recipe has positive effectiveness on early diabetic nephropathy.
