摘要 目的探讨案例教学法在内科护理学课程教学中的应用及效果。方法采用便利取样法,选取09级的82名学生为试验组,08级85名学生作为对照组。试验组部分章节采用案例教学法;对照组采用传统教学法。比较阶段测试成绩,并调查学生对案例教学法感受。结果应用案例教学法学生成绩高于传统教学法;学生认为案例教学法可以提高学习兴趣,增加教学参与程度。结论案例式教学法应用于内科护理学课程教学的效果较理想,可以在更多的教学内容上尝试推广。 Objective To explore the application and effects of case teaching in the curriculum of medical nursing. Methods Using convenience sampling method,82 nursing students in 2009 were selected into experimental group,and taught with case teaching method;85 students in 2008 were selected into control group,and taught with traditional teaching methods. To compare stage test scores between two groups and survey students' felling of case teaching method. Results Students in the case teaching class have significantly higher scores than those who are in tradition teaching class,and it is widely believed that their interests are promoted and they are more willing to participate in teaching. Conclusion The application of case teaching in the curriculum of medical nursing has significant effects,and it should be attempted to promote more widely.
