综合护理干预对双相情感障碍抑郁相患者康复的影响

Effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of two-way depressed patients

目的探讨护理干预对双相情感障碍抑郁相患者的康复效果。方法将长期住院的64例双相情感障碍抑郁相患者随机分为试验组和对照组。两组均给予精神科常规药物治疗及护理,试验组在此基础上进行积极的综合护理干预。在治疗前、治疗后10周分别采用17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD17)进行评定。结果试验组和对照组在干预后的HAMD17评分较干预前均有显著性降低(P<0.01);而在干预后试验组的HAMD17评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组间干预的有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在配合药物治疗的同时,对患者进行积极的护理干预,对双相情感障碍抑郁相患者的康复有显著效果。

Objective To inquire the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients who suffer from depression and bipolar disorder. Methods A total of 64 patients suffered from depression and disorder were randomly divide into experimental group and control group. Routine treatment and nursing care of psychiatric drugs were given to both the groups,but comprehensive nursing intervention was only used in experimental group. The 17 Hamilton depression scale was investigated both before and ten weeks after the treatment. Results The HAMD17 score of the two groups was significantly lower than those before intervention（P〈0.01）;While the HAMD17 score after intervention in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.01）. There were differences in the effective rate of intervention between the two groups（P〈O.05）. Conclusion The positive nursing intervention combined with drug treatment have significant effects on the patients who suffer from both depression and disorder.
