摘要
目的探讨在职护士多元化培训的方法及效果,为在职护士继续教育改革提供参考依据。方法采用护理查房、外出学习、能级管理等方式对在职护士人文素质、病情观察、护理流程3个方面进行了多元化培训,同时注重专科护理发展。采用问卷调查法,调查患者、护士长、医生3方面对护士的多元化培训效果的评价。结果患者满意度、护理综合素质、医生满意度培训前后得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论提升护理队伍的专业水平及综合素质是开展优质护理服务的基础,有助于提高优质护理服务质量。
Objective To explore the method and effects of diversity training among in-service nurses and provide bases for continuing education reform. Methods Diversity training including humanistic quality in nurses,condition observation of patients and care process were conducted by the methods of nursing rounds,out-studying and level management. Meanwhile the development of specialist nurses was focused. Questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the effects of diversity training from patients,head nurse and doctors. The data was analyzed. Results There were significant differences between beforetraining and after-training in patient satisfaction ,the overall quality of care and doctor satisfaction. Conclusion Enhancing the professional standards and quality care in nursing team is the base of quality care services. It is helpful to improve the quality of the nursing.
