某三级甲等医院临床护士科研能力及相关因素调查

The level and influencing factors of clinical nurses' scientific research ability

目的调查三级甲等医院临床护士护理科研活动和科研能力现状,并分析其相关因素。方法采用自设问卷及护理人员科研能力自评量表,对广东省佛山市某三级甲等医院的102名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果护士科研能力总分为(38.89±25.66)分,各维度得分普遍较低,得分最低的是计算机软件操作能力和统计学知识。多元回归分析显示,学历是影响护士科研能力的主要因素(β=035,P<0.01)。结论临床护士科研活动水平普遍偏低,学历影响护士的科研能力,今后应加强对临床护士科研能力的培养。

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of scientific research ability of clinical nurses in 3-A hospitals. Methods Totally 102 elinieal nurses were recruited from a 3-A hospital in Foshan City. They were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire and the Self-Rating Scientific Research Ability Scale. Results The total score of the involved nurses＇ scientific research ability was（38.89±25.66）. The factor scores were relatively low and the lowest factors were use of statistical software and knowledge of statistics. Multiple regression analysis showed that nurses＇ educational level was the main influencing factor of scientific research ability（β=0.35,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Nurses＇ research activity is in the low level,and the education background is the main influencing factor of scientific research ability.
