试析Jane Addams的社会工作理论及其对中国实践的借鉴

The Impact of Jane Addams’theory upon The Social Work in China

简·亚当斯(Jane Addams)作为推动社会工作专业化、职业化和社区社会工作的先驱,其社会工作理论体现在解释和应对社会问题和工业问题、阐述社会工作的目标和任务、和平思想、妇女权利维护以及对儿童青少年社会教育五个方面。亚当斯强调社区为本,发起和引导了"社区改良运动",倡导理论与方法在社区实践中本土化。此外,她促使社会工作将社会公正与社会意识、人权、和平密切联系起来。本文探讨其社会工作理论对现今中国实践的借鉴性和局限性,为推动中国本土社会工作理论的发展提供新的思路。

As a pioneer in promoting the social work specialization and professionalization,Jane Adams‘social work theories are reflected infive aspects: the interpretation and response to social problems and industrial problems,setting forth the goals and tasks of social work,the concept of peace,maintenance of women's rights,as well as the social education of children & adolescents.Especially,'social reform as the core community services social work theory 'has become the origin of community social work.In addition,she prompted the Social work closely linked to social justice and social awareness,human rights,and peaceful thought.This paper also discusses the reference and limitations of Jane Addams’ theory toSocial work in China,and to provide new ideas to promote the development of China's domestic social work theory.
