摘要
高校肩负着培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重任 ,加强和改进高校党建和思想政治工作具有特殊意义。近年来 ,学校党委以深化邓小平理论学习为先导 ,以加强校级领导班子和中层干部队伍建设为重点 ,以改进和加强思想政治工作和校园精神文明建设为基础环节 ,开展了卓有成效的党建和思想政治工作 ,促进了学院的改革和发展。
