资本市场的健全和完善是社会主义市场经济的重要标志。目前 ,我国企业债券市场发展缓慢 ,不利于企业的改革和发展。本文分析了影响我国企业债券市场发展的三个原因 ,在此基础上 ,提出了解决此类问题的四种对策。

To Perfect and improve the market of capital is the symbol of socialism market economy .At present, the market of the enterprise bond is developing slowly. Which is not favorable for the reform of enterprise and its progress. This paper analyze the three reasons which influence the development of the market of enterprise bond. On the basis of this, four measurements to solve these questions are put forward.
