摘要
基于射流振荡基础的流量传感器的结构原理、主要技术特征、流量测量特征以及传感与信号处理技术。针对射流流量传感器的流量测量特性,提出降低射流计量腔的起振阈值,改进电磁传感原理检测射流振荡信号的方法。
A description of a flow sensing technology of fluidic oscillator. Its structure principle, the major technique characteristic, the flow measurement characteristic, as well as the sensing and the signal processing technology are studied. In view of the fluidic oscillator sensor is for flow measurement characteristics the improvement idea and the method in the theoretical analysis and the experiment foundation is proposed.
