主体功能区人口—经济耦合协调关系研究——以四川省重点开发区为例

On Coupling Coordination Relationship Between Population and Economy in the Major Function-Oriented Zones——A Case Study of Key Development Areas in Sichuan Province

人口与经济作为主体功能区的2个核心要素,二者的协调及均衡发展是经济社会可持续发展的基础,也是推进主体功能区规划顺利实施的关键.以四川省重点开发区为研究对象,利用耦合协调模型对区内人口与经济发展的耦合关系进行分析,结果表明:四川省重点开发区人口与经济间存在耦合关系,在耦合时序上整体处于磨合期;2001-2010年10年间二者耦合程度不断增强,人口与经济协调发展程度不断提高,二者间的协调关系增强;但区内人口与经济协调发展程度总体上仍处于较低水平,表现在人口—经济间的耦合协调类型以过渡型为主,占重点开发区的80.76%,而协调型仅占19.24%.

Population and economy are the key factors for major function-oriented zones. Balanced and co- ordinated development between these two aspects is not only the basis for sustainable social and economic development but also the critical link for the successful implementation of the planning of major functionoriented zones. Taking the key development areas of Sichuan Province as a case study, the authors of this paper use the coupling model to analyze the coupling relationship between population and economic development in the areas. The results show that a coupling relationship exists between population and economy in the key development areas of the province, though being in the running-in stage, that in the period from 2001 to 2010, their coupling degree was steadily increasing and their harmonious development degree was enhanced and that, as a whole, the coordinated degree was still fairly low and their coupling relationship was mainly of the transition type, which accounted for 80.76G of key development areas of Sichuan Province, while the coordination type accounted for only 19.24G.
