摘要
随着我国畜禽养殖业的发展,畜禽粪便对环境的污染日益严重.针对重庆市涪陵区大部分集约化养猪场的规模为500~1 000头这种情况,设计了一种新型处理粪污的沼气发生装置"组装型可移动式粪肥能源生产利用装置".鉴于"单元小罐"是组装型可移动式粪肥能源生产利用装置的核心部分,旨在通过研究沼气发酵条件对沼气产气率的影响,对单元小罐的设计起到指导作用.
With the development of livestock and birds breeding industry in China, the environment pollution arising from excrement produced by livestock and birds is more serious. For example, there are a number of intensive pig farms on the scale of 500-1 000 in Fuling, Chongqing, in which a new excrement- disposing and biogas-producing device, which can be moved and assembled, has been designed. It is very important that the core of the device is the "unit can". This article tends to guide the design of the "unit can" according to the study that the change of biogas producing rate at the different process conditions of biogas ferment.
