高校应注重人才培养模式的改革

University Should Lay Stress on Reform of Training Pattern.

我国高等学校一直沿用传统的教育模式。时代的发展 ,要求高等学校应注重学生自身素质方面的教育 ,要培养多种类型 ,多种层次的人才 ,以适应社会的需要。因此 ,改革传统的人才培养模式将是高校体制改革的一个中心内容。

The traditional training pattern of Chinese University now is facing a lot of difficulties. To meet the challenge,university should lay more stress on the reform of traditional training patlern,which includs paying more attention to quality education and training all types of graduates.
