摘要
法律文书作为记载法律内容与法律活动的文字载体 ,决定了其语言具有高度准确的特点 ,但它并不完全排斥模糊词语的使用 ,恰当采用模糊词语能产生特殊的表达效果 ,起到准确词语无法替代的作用。本文从三个方面论述了模糊词语在法律文书中的运用及其所起的作用。
Law document as a medium recording law contents and activities,which determines that its language has the character of accuracy,does not reject using the vague language.To adopt vague language in law document appropriately may bring about special expression effect and function that accurate language can not instead.This article discusses the exploitation of the vague language in the law document in three aspects and its function in it.
