摘要 目的:研究伤科接骨片对家兔骨折模型愈合过程中血钙、磷及碱性磷酸酶的影响。方法:将40只实验用家兔随机分为伤科接骨片组和空白组,用10%水合氯醛3ml/kg静脉麻醉,于左前肢桡骨中段造成3~5mm骨折缺损模型,术后按组分别给予伤科接骨片和蒸馏水灌胃,术后第2、3、4周分别检测血Ca、P和碱性磷酸酶。结果:伤科接骨片可调节血Ca、P和碱性磷酸酶水平,与空白组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伤科接骨片能够加速钙盐沉积,改善微循环,调节血Ca、P水平,调节血碱性磷酸酶水平,对骨折的愈合和修复有明显的促进作用。 Objeetive:To study the effect of Shang Ke Jie Gu Tablet on the level of calcium(Ca),Phosphate(P)and Alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in blood of rabbits fracture healing.Methods:40 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups.Shang Ke Jie Gu Tablet(SKJGT)group,and the blank control group,which were given orally with SKJGT and distilled water respectively.The fracture model was established by making 3~5mm defect in the middle of radius after the general anaesthesia.After operation,Ca,P and ALP in blood were tested at 2,3,4 weeks.Result:The examination were showed that SKJGT can adjust the level of Ca,P and ALP in blood(P<0.05).Conclusion:This trail prove that the SKJGT can incrrease function in fracture healing and repairing.
