脑卒中患者护理影响因素分析

目的:研究和探索脑卒中患者护理需求影响因素,提升护理质量,促进患者早日康复。方法:对121例脑卒中患者个人资料、Barthel指数评定、护理需求等进行统计分析,对脑卒中患者护理影响因素进行回归分析。结果女性患者在并发症的护理、生活护理以及专业护理、康复指导等方面需求高于男性,ADL得分对护理需求的影响较大,ADL得分与护理需求成反比。结论:影响脑卒中患者护理需求的因素中ADL得分影响最大,ADL得分越高,护理需求影响越少,深入研究脑卒中患者护理影响因素对于实施个性化护理具有重要作用。

Objective:To study and explore stroke patients care needs of influencing factors,to enhance the quality of care,and to promote the speedy recovery of patients.Methods:The hospital personal data of 121 patients with stroke,Barthel Index assessment,care needs,such as statistical analysis and regression analysis of influencing factors of stroke patient care.Care,life care,and skilled nursing,rehabilitation guidance needs of female patients with complications than men,ADL score care needs,ADL score is inversely proportional to the care needs.Conclusion:The factors that affect the care needs of stroke patients ADL score the greatest impact,higher ADL score,the less care needs in-depth study of stroke patient care influencing factors play an important role in the implementation of personalized care.
