舒适护理在门诊输液中的应用分析

目的:探讨舒适护理在门诊患者输液护理中的应用方法和应用价值。方法:收治门诊输液患者46例,随机分为对照组23例和观察组23例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用舒适护理,比较两组的临床效果。结果:观察组和(或)患者家属对临床工作的满意度95.7%,明显高于对照组的73.9%。结论:舒适护理应用于门诊患者输液过程中,可明显提高患者对护理工作的满意度,提升护理品质。

Objective:To explore the comfortable nursing care in the clinic patients infusion of the application of the method and application value.Methods:From August 2012 to October in our hospital outpatient infusion of 46 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 23 cases of 23 cases.The comparison group USES the conventional nursing,the observation group the comfortable nursing,compare the clinical effect of two groups.Results:Observation group patients and(or)patients family members for clinical job satisfaction was 95.7%,significantly higher than those in the control group 73.9%.Conclusion:Application of comfortable nursing in clinic patients infusion process,can obviously improve the patients to nursing work satisfaction,improve nursing quality.
