摘要
目的:探索在社区医疗机构开展随访、治疗相结合模式的有效性,为艾滋病综合管理工作提供借鉴。方法:随机选择入组凤仪镇卫生院治疗的现住址为大理州大理市凤仪镇的患者为干预组,随机选择2010年7月前转介至今仍在州、市级医院接受抗病毒治疗的患者为对照组。对照组开展常规治疗与健康指导,干预组在对照组医疗指导下完成治疗,在此基础上实施随访和治疗相结合的模式。结果:两年后干预组CD4计数显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:艾滋病随访干预和治疗相结合的模式不仅有效整合基层医疗资源更符合患者需求,是基层艾滋病感染者和患者综合管理的有效途径。

Conclusion ： AIDS intervention and treatment of combined mod- el is not only effective integration of basic medical resources more in line with the needs of patients, is the base of AIDS pa- tients and comprehensive management efficient way.
