高校研究生就业的形势日趋严峻,研究生就业指导工作应该从新生入学时抓起,通过强化新生入学阶段的早期职业规划教育、低年级阶段的理想教育及社会实践教育、高年级阶段的思想教育及求职技巧教育,把就业指导工作贯穿于研究生学习的不同阶段,并针对不同类型研究生进行针对性的就业指导。

Graduate employment situation getting worse,graduate employment guidance should be grabbed from the entrance,freshmen in through an intensive phase of the early stages of their career planning education,junior ideal education and social practice,high grade phase education of ideological education and job search techniques,employment guidance throughout the different stages of postgraduate study,and graduate student targeted for different types of career guidance.
