高等教育大众化背景下出现的大学生"就业难"已成为影响社会稳定与经济发展的重要因素。提升大学生的就业竞争力,必须对毕业生的就业竞争力作系统的分析,破除影响大学生就业的个人、学校和社会的不利因素,需要学生本人、学校和社会全方位、多层次的关注、教育和引导,以提高大学生就业率和就业满意度。

In the context of high education popularization,＂the grim employment situation＂ among college students has developed into the significant factor which affects our economy development and the social stability.In order to uplift students＇ employment competence,we must make systemic analysis of graduates＇ competence for jobs.Only in this way can we get rid of all unfavorable factors consisting of college,society and individual.And it also needs a all-round and multi-level cooperation from all sides,including universities,society and the students themselves,which can pay more attention to educate and guide the graduates so that they can have a better employment rate and job satisfaction.
