摘要
分析发达国家风险投资成功运作的原因 ,结合我国当前的经济现实 ,提出发展我国风险投资业的若干建议。
By giving an analysis of the reasons for the success of risk investment of developed countries and of China′s current status-quo in this aspect, the present paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of China′s risk investment.
