摘要
面对性别、阶层、民族等因素综合影响下出现的各种教育分层现象,多元文化教育基于公平和正义的立场,对此给予了积极的回应。通过总结分析相关的项目经验,此研究对多元文化教育的实践主体、实施内容、策略方法等进行了探讨,认为尊重学生的差异性和多样性是多元文化教育的实践路径,多元文化教育的理论和实践不仅局限于少数民族教育,而且应该在农民工子女教育、农村教育和性别教育等方面发挥更大作用。
Facing with the challenges of the interactions of social class, gender, minority status and other factors, multi-cultural education provides positive reactions to them. Through the analysis of project experiences, this paper examines the subjects, directions and strategies of multi-cultural education. It suggests that theories and practice of multi-cultural education can be used in migrant children's education, rural education and gender education.
